At YourPillow, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided that:
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- The item is free from stains, odours, and damage.
- You have proof of purchase (order number or invoice).
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used pillowcases, pillows, or fillings unless the product is defective.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:
- Email us at info@yourpillow.co.za within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and respond with return instructions.
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable courier service, as we are not liable for items lost in return transit.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- If the return is due to a faulty or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless due to our error).
5. Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or variant:
- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- Return shipping for exchanges is at the buyer’s expense unless the item is faulty.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it:
- Email clear photos of the issue along with your order number.
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
